- Have a New Hampshire motorcycle license or endorsement for at least three years;
- Have experience riding a motorcycle;
- Have 3 or fewer moving violations within the past 3 years;
- Have zero alcohol-related convictions; and
- Have successfully passed New Hampshire’s Basic Motorcycle Safety Course.

There are three levels of motorcycle safety courses in New Hampshire for bikers who want to learn how to protect themselves and avoid the many common types of injury-causing motorcycle accidents. For experienced bikers, however, there’s another way to learn about motorcycle riding while also encouraging the next generation of bikers to stay safe: by becoming a New Hampshire motorcycle safety course instructor.
