My case was not an easy one but still he was able to get it plead down with much less severe penalties than I could have imagined. For my career, a DUI conviction could have easily ended it. If you are on the fence about hiring Tenn & Tenn to represent you, these reviews do not lie. I needed representation for severe driving infractions that, if convicted on both charges, could have resulted in a 18 month license suspension, hefty fines, even heftier auto insurance increase, and costly programs. I read the online reviews and decided to contact Tenn & Tenn. After a brief preliminary consultation, Attorney John Tenn reached out to me to go over the charges and ask questions. Attorney Tenn was cordial, direct, and thorough with his questions. All he asked from me in return was honesty about the situation. Attorney Tenn was quick to assess the matter and gave me best and worst case scenarios. Attorney Tenn did not sugarcoat anything and made no pie in the sky promises. He left nothing to chance and was direct about costs of representation and possible outcomes.

My outcome was nothing short of a miracle. Attorney Tenn was able to get the most severe charges dropped and my license suspension cut down to just 60 days, which they backdated at his request. Also, I only had to pay a minimal fine of $620.

I had a great experience! Attorney John Tenn was able to negotiate my reckless driving charge down to a speeding ticket, which will prevent any issues trying to enter Canada, which blocks entry from people with a reckless driving violation. For that reason, I strongly recommend trying to negotiate down a reckless driving charge. The office was very communicative and fast with the process, and the flat fee is one of the lowest rates in the area. I called many offices, and felt most comfortable with Attorney Tenn’s attitude, support, knowledge, and pricing; after completing my case, it was the right decision to hire him! Late March early April I was involved in a car accident due to snow coming off of my trailer. I was cited for negligent driving and given a court date. As a commercial driver I can not have a negligent driving charge or a loss of license. I wasn’t sure what my next step was, so I started to search for a lawyer that could help me out. I was being charged for simple assault and disorderly conduct for what was a pretty ridiculous situation to be involved in. John was able to get the charges almost entirely drop
