My case was not an easy one but still he was able to get it plead down with much less severe penalties than I could have imagined. For my career, a DUI conviction could have easily ended it. If you are on the fence about hiring Tenn & Tenn to represent you, these reviews do not lie. I needed representation for severe driving infractions that, if convicted on both charges, could have resulted in a 18 month license suspension, hefty fines, even heftier auto insurance increase, and costly programs. I read the online reviews and decided to contact Tenn & Tenn. After a brief preliminary consultation, Attorney John Tenn reached out to me to go over the charges and ask questions. Attorney Tenn was cordial, direct, and thorough with his questions. All he asked from me in return was honesty about the situation. Attorney Tenn was quick to assess the matter and gave me best and worst case scenarios. Attorney Tenn did not sugarcoat anything and made no pie in the sky promises. He left nothing to chance and was direct about costs of representation and possible outcomes.

My outcome was nothing short of a miracle. Attorney Tenn was able to get the most severe charges dropped and my license suspension cut down to just 60 days, which they backdated at his request. Also, I only had to pay a minimal fine of $620.

Attorney John Tenn was able to negotiate my reckless driving charge down to a speeding ticket, which will prevent any issues trying to enter Canada, which blocks entry from people with a reckless driving violation. For that reason, I strongly recommend trying to negotiate down a reckless driving charge. The office was very communicative and fast with the process, and the flat fee is one of the lowest rates in the area. I called many offices, and felt most comfortable with Attorney Tenn’s attitude, support, knowledge, and pricing; after completing my case, it was the right decision to hire him! Late March early April I was involved in a car accident due to snow coming off of my trailer. I was cited for negligent driving and given a court date. As a commercial driver I can not have a negligent driving charge or a loss of license. I wasn’t sure what my next step was, so I started to search for a lawyer that could help me out. I found the link to Tenn And Tenn while reading reviews online. I got myself into a bit of trouble and didn’t know what to do. From the start John took initiative and was very professional. He told me my options and the best possible outcome I could expect. He kept me from having a very serious charge on my record through negotiations. I was skeptical at first when reading the reviews and reading people’s experiences. I decided to call Tenn and Tenn and see how the initial phone conversation went. After speaking with John Tenn I felt like he was extremely knowledgeable about the law and felt comfortable moving forward with them. He got straight to the point and communicated what he needed from me to help my situation. After seeing some of the prosecutions evidence against me I didn’t think the outcome would be favorable and I surprisingly got an outcome that I’m extremely satisfied with. To say Tenn and Tenn is the best law firm in New Hampshire would be an absolute understatement! I called John Tenn to represent me in a case that could have been very detrimental to my life. I was pulled over during a traffic stop and the police officer’s intentions were very clear that he was making his quota for the night, there was no getting out of it at that time. I found myself in an unfamiliar position after being arrested for DUI. I was disappointed that I ended up in that position and nervous about what the outcome would be. I knew I needed an attorney but I had no clue where to start. I Googled the best DUI attorneys in my area and Tenn and Tenn caught my attention so I gave them a call. John Tenn returned my call and we discussed my situation. He seemed to be straight forward, confident, and experienced. I still wasn’t completely comfortable talking to only one attorney and not at least comparing him with a couple more. Someone told me his friends had good results using an attorney nearby so I called that attorney. He was nice but a couple things he said made me question hiring him. Then one of my relatives recommended an attorney in the area that only dealt with DUI cases, but right after I left my appointment with him he sent me an e-mail greeting me by a different name which didn’t instill me with much confidence in him. I ended up getting wrapped up in a legal issue late last year stemming from a dispute with a jealous neighbor. The guy manufactured part of the story and the police fell for it hook, line, and sinker. I was upset at the injustice of it all and wanted to fight back. I typically do not write reviews but in this case felt compelled to share this to help someone else who may be facing the same situation and is feeling like I did. I was arrested and facing a subsequent DUI and Drving after Suspension. I was almost certain that no matter how good my attorney was, I was going to have to spend some time in jail. I called John Tenn and gave him my story. From our first call I knew he cared and would do everything he could for me. He was very honest about how serious this was and the potentially bad outcome based on my past. Although that scared me, I also appreciated it because it helped me prepare myself and my family for the worst. After some direct and serious conversation with me, he went to work and a few weeks later he called with news that he was able to get my charge reduced to reckless driving and disorderly conduct with no jail time!!!! I was floored but so relieved. If you are in trouble and need help, do yourself a favor and call John Tenn. He is your best shot at the most successful outcome. Thanks John!!

I’ll leave my review vague for obvious reasons, but John is an incredible lawyer. Not being in this position before, I didn’t really know the exact procedure. After looking through options, all roads led back to Tenn and Tenn as the best in criminal defense locally. The price for John is worth it, whatever it happens to be for your situation. For John will be 100% honest with the penalty you could be facing and will be blunt about it. Him giving worst-case scenario is a little nerve racking, but the blatant honesty he approaches the situation is sobering and he’ll most certainly go to bat for you for the best resolution following that initial call. I was facing severe charges, and he was able to get them reduced to next to nothing. Couldn’t recommend him more.

I called John Tenn after my 20 year old son was arrested. There was alcohol in the car of which my son was a passenger. The car was stopped for speeding but the two 20 year olds were arrested for being minors “in possession” of alcohol (in the back of the vehicle, nobody was drinking).
