New Hampshire Car Accident - Ankle and Patella Fractures

On August 11, 2008, our client Jim was involved in a severe motor vehicle collision on Route 101 in Milford, New Hampshire. Another motorist lost control of her vehicle and collided head-on into Jim’s automobile, crushing his automobile and trapping him inside. Emergency medical personnel were required to use the jaws-of-life to remove Jim from his car.

Jim sustained significant personal injuries in the car crash including fractures of his left ankle and right patella. Jim underwent immediate emergency surgery to repair his injuries, which included an open reduction/internal fixation of both the left distal tibia ankle fracture as well as his right patella fracture. Jim hired the New Hampshire car accident lawyers at Tenn And Tenn, P.A. in Manchester, New Hampshire to assist with his personal injury claim. Attorney Tenn settled Jim’s personal injury claim against the at-fault driver for the full amount of their insurance liability policy. Thereafter, Attorney Tenn filed an underinsured motorist claim against Jim’s own automobile policy. Attorney Tenn successfully negotiated a settlement exceeding $850,000 for his client, for the injuries he sustained in this severe car accident collision.

New Hampshire Car Accident – Torn Shoulder

Marissa was involved in an automobile collision in February, 2007 with a negligent driver. Marissa sustained severe personal injuries which required two (2) surgeries to repair her torn shoulder, followed by an extensive course of physical therapy treatments. Marissa incurred approximately $20,000 in medical bills as a result of her injuries. Marissa contacted the automobile accident lawyers at Tenn And Tenn, P.A. in New Hampshire to assist with her personal injury claim.

Attorney Tenn immediately launched a full investigation into the cause of the car collision, obtained a complete copy of Marissa’s medical bills and records, and gathered her lost wage documentation. Thereafter, a demand was presented upon the negligent driver. Marissa’s claim was successfully settled for the full at-fault party’s policy of $50,000. Following the settlement of her claim, Attorney Tenn negotiated down Marissa’s health insurance lien in order to ensure that Marissa received the maximum compensation for the injuries she sustained in the car accident caused by a negligent motorist.

New Hampshire Car Collision – Neck and Back Strain

Our client Jim was injured in June 2008 when an uninsured motorist collided into his automobile causing significant property damage and severe neck and back strain. Jim contacted the car accident lawyers at Tenn And Tenn, P.A. in New Hampshire to assist with his injury claim. Attorney Tenn immediately contacted the at-fault driver to determine if he maintained any automobile insurance coverage. After almost one (1) year of physical therapy treatment, Jim finally reached a maximum medical endpoint. Thereafter, Attorney Tenn negotiated a full policy settlement of $100,000 to compensate Jim for his pain and suffering, lost wages, loss of property damage and other compensable injuries.
